New Forest Building Surveys

31st March

Surveying New Forest, Hampshire: Building survey findings in the new forest, Hampshire.

We are very excited to tell you that Smith Heritage Surveyors provide RICS Level 3 Building Surveys and Listed Building Surveys in the New Forest, Hampshire.

We have seen a steady growth in this area making it a no brainer to establish our second office in the New Forest, in the Village of Brockenhurst following the success of our Salisbury base camp.

we have spent the last several months talking to the Hampshire and New Forest local business owners, property managers, mortgage brokers and estate agents and we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received. The need for experienced historic building professionals in Hampshire has been something we have been aware of for some time. We often find ourselves driving to all parts of Hampshire, the New Forest and the South coast, particularly Southampton and Portsmouth, to provide expert advice, building surveys and heritage and conservation advice.

We are very pleased to now have a base in the area which will be headed up by Joseph Hanrahan, but eagerly supported by David Smith from our Salisbury office as well as the other surveyors when needed.

This is a really exciting time for us at Smith Heritage. we have seen rapid growth in the building surveys, but also consultations and defect assessments.

The New Forest has been very close to my heart since I was young. its beauty, open spaces and wildlife are second to none and using our knowledge of the local area and historic buildings we are really looking forward to this new chapter of our development.

If you are looking for a RICS Level 3 Building Survey or Listed Building Survey in the New Forest, Hampshire then please send us an email and someone in the team will get back to you shortly.

All the best.

David
