Dave has been working on buildings for over a decade both on building sites and designing, planning, and inspecting them.
Dave has significant experience in working with historic buildings including working on some of our most important monuments.
An active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, he is often found up scaffolding somewhere in London or the South East or enjoying a pint of Ale on the South Coast.
Steve is a pragmatic and thorough Surveyor with an eye for detail. After graduating top of the year with a Masters degree in Building Surveying from Kingston University, he has gained exceptional knowledge in the diagnosing and treatment of damp in buildings. Steve’s expert knowledge is second to none and has lectured on the subject at various CPD roadshows and colleges.
Steve is a member of the RICS and has a keen interest in Party Wall Matters. Steve can be found in the middle of the country surveying a variety of thatch, brick and stone properties, or playing rugby and cricket at the weekends.
Sarah has been in the surveying game for over a decade. In that time she has worked for some of the leading conservation firms in the country. She will admit that every day we learn something new and every old building has something different, that requires an open mind and detailed understanding of building pathology to assess.
Sarah is currently completing her MSc in Conservation and is heavily involved with the CIOB and SPAB.
Sarah is an active runner and has done several marathons over the years.
Joe has been working as a project manager for over ten years in central London, completing numerous internal office fit-outs and large scale refurbishments. Joe and Dave started out working together many moons ago on a building site and have kept in touch since, both progressing into different fields, but both having similar interests in conservation and maintaining our historic buildings.
Joe is our o to man for project management advice and has completed a number of high-profile schemes, working with leading conservation companies.
Joe undertakes most of our defects analysis surveys and is an expert in his understanding of building pathology and has a way of explaining it simply and most importantly, how we fix it.
Joe lives in Surrey with his wife and enjoys playing rugby and can often be found by Richmond River enjoying a cup of coffee.
Emmeline covers the legal side of our business and all our administration. Its likely she will be the first person you talk to when you call us and she has a great knowledge of building surveying and will be able to help you understand, which survey you require, and how much a survey will cost.
Emmeline lives in Wiltshire and enjoys reading and walking her sheep dog Albus.
