All our building surveys to pre-1930 properties are undertaken in line with BS7913:2013 Guide to the conservation of the historic environment. We comply with the SPAB principles of Conservation and our founders are subscribing members.
We work to high legal and statutory guidance in line with the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996. We undertake regular CPD with the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, P&T seeks to advance the knowledge of party wall legislation and procedures and to promote best professional practice in its applications. The club played a pivotal role in the framing of the present Act.
We are RICS registered and comply with RICS regulations and guidance. All our surveyors are accredited by the RICS and educated to degree level in building surveying or similar construction equivalent.

However we do and will travel all over the United Kingdom and have undertaken surveys in Northern Ireland and Scotland in recent times to clients who want specialist independant advice.
